    Adjusting lever pull

The levers on my bike really pull close to the bars before they really engage the brakes hard. I threaded in my adjuster screw to get them where i like the feel but they seem like they were threaded in really far. Any idea how far in they can be threaded?

    the brakes are Juicy 3s

If you still have threads engaged, you're probably fine. I usually stop when the head of the bolt is flush, but I've had to bury the adjuster bolt halfway in on a few bikes I've owned.
Don't you hate it when a sentence doesn't end the way you think it octopus?

    Not on Juicy 3's..

OP: You mean you have already adjusted the lever reach adjustment (3mm allen screw on the inside of the lever piston?)
