203 or 180mm front rotor for XTR M985

I am setting up a new Niner Rip 9 with the OE XTR M985 brakes from jensonusa for 170 a wheel and need to decide on rotors to go with them. I have a stans flow ex wheelset for it with 6 bolt hubs so I am planning to use Shimano XT RT86 rotors. I was thinking about running a 160mm rear but split between the 180 and 203 in the front. Does anyone know the weight difference between these rotors? I am only 175lbs but I don't want to compromise on braking if its not too big of a weight penalty. Any other rotors that are better for the same price or less?

In my experience those are very powerful brakes, 203 may be overkill!

I'm 200 lbs with an XL RIP 9 and the 180 up front is perfect. No issues bringing the bike to a stop on ~25mph downhill sections. I'm running Stans Arch EX rims, which are a bit lighter than the Flows. But I also run Kenda Nevegal which on the heavier side at ~800 grams.
