140mm Avid BB7 brake for the FRONT?

I did a search on MTBR but came up with nothing. Is there a way to run the 140mm BB7 disc brake in the front? Which IS adapter allows this?

Not possible unless you have the tabs in the same relative position as the rear. I believe the only fork that allows this is some Surly.

There's no way to do it that I'm aware of. The mounts on the fork are too far away from the hub center to allow the caliper to be mounted close enough, no matter what the adapter.

Thanks guys. I was attempting to run a minimal 140mm front disc brake and fixed rear, thus the question.
