What's up with Salsa Anything Cages?

Looks like most everyone is out if stock. Anyone know if a new design is on the horizon or if production numbers were just way off?

I am planning to put 2 on a Fargo V2 fork on one of my 29ers.

QBP had an ETA of 4/30/13, and no picture where there was before. That makes me think they are redesigning. Steel hopefully.

I just got two anything cages from the Bike Touring News Store last week.

I keep seeing people complaining that they have broken theirs and I heard of a bunch of broken ones on the TDR so you might be right. Time for a redesign maybe. It's always interesting to see what comes out of Salsas R&D.
