Pedals and shoes

Ok so i would like to gather some opinions on pedals and shoes, clipless, as i have always used toe clips. I would like to find an inexpensive(ha ha) pair of shoes that are comfy for all day riding and walking, which from the couple pair i tried seems like the 2 won't go together and some pedals that are easy to get in and out of, and if its not possible to get shoes that bend pedals that i could use with a pair of sneekers on. Thoughts

I would try on some five-tens. They have some clipless models now and if they are 1/2 as comfy as their platform pedal shoes your feet will be happy. Five Ten | Bike - SPD

Keen also makes some clipless shoes now. I haven't tried them, but they have a comfy reputation and the Keen snow hikers I have are very comfy.

Really like my 5-10s didn't know they made them for clip less will have to check them out! Thanks
