OMM Skewer rack, or weld stand offs for a rack?

I can't decide which to do.

My steel frame doesn't have upper or lower mounts what so ever.

I've used several OMM racks with the QR as well as bolting them to my bike directly. They've been 100% for me in both configurations. I've never broken a QR.

Might as well try the OMM with QR as it doesn't require welding. You can always bolt it directly to your bike if you decide to weld on brazeons later.
    Safe riding,
