Handlebar Harness for Packraft

After a long time coming, I'm finally starting to bikepack and want to set up my bike to carry a packraft for some fishing trips. I'm curious as to whether folks have tried different setups or have one they have used with success.

I'm currently considering the Oveja Negra Front Loader or the Revelate Designs Harness.

Other thoughts?

I just use two straps over the bars to pull the boat up into them.

You notice the weight of the boat regardless, but if you have the straps as far apart as possible then sway/waggle is minimized and it doesn't really affect the handling.

Eric @ Revelate is working on an underseat harness thingy that might turn out to be a better place to keep the boat. Then you can strap lighter/bulkier stuff under your bars and the handling will be affected even less.
