    Downtube shifters and frame bags

    Hi all,

I have a downtube shifter 1x9 cross bike. I'd like to put a frame bag on there. Is the bag going to interfere so much that I'm not shifting reliably? I was thinking of pinching the fabric in a bit in that area when I sew it for clearance.

Anyone have experience with dt shifters and frame bags?

Not interested in buying new shifters or going with a Tangle Bag type pattern.

No. It rubs against the bag, but no issues. I run a Revelate frame bag on my 1x9 cross bike.
