Who makes a 20" frame nowadays

Hey everyone! I signed up for this forum specifically to ask this question, because I can't find an answer to it anywhere, so here it goes. I am 6' 2" and have been riding a 19" hard tail for several years now. It has always felt kind of small, but I have also ridden a few 21" frames, and they have always felt too big. Unfortunately it seems that most manufacturers make 19 or 21 inch frames and I am really only interested in a 20" frame. I have seen a few 20" Diamond Backs that look just right, but I am wondering is Diamond Back the only bike manufacturer that makes 20" frames? Please tell me if you have heard of any others that do and whether you think they are a good build or not. My price range is between 500-800 U.S. dollars, and I want a hard tail. Also how do you feel about Diamond Back bikes and the components they put on them?

There's more to a frame size then the 19", 20" or 21" seat tube length.

I don't know about current frames but I remember that some 19.5" frames were actually larger then some 21" large frames because they had a longer top tube.

Look at the frame size/seat tube length and the effective top tube lengths on the following two bike models:

    2010 Trek 6500 geometry
    2010 Trek 4500 geometry
