    wheel base question

my bike with a 100mm fork had a wheelbase of 42.57, I just recently put a 130 mm fork on and it is now at a even 44 in. is that a good thing or a bad thing, the bike is a 2009 GF Opie

the A2C with 100mm was 19.5 in and with the 130mm. form 20.5 in so it increased by a inch is there way to calculate the head angle with that measurement

I was looking on this site and i think i figured it out and if i am wrong please somebody let me know, it is 1* per 17mm of of increase of the A2C so if mine was a 1 in. increase that would be about 1.5* so my head angle went from 70* to about 68.5*
