Truvativ Rouleur Stem on a MTB?

So I picked up a Rouleur Stem a while back when I found one cheap. I was hoping to use it on my race bike this season. It's a pretty light stem and only has one clamp bolt on the steer tube clamp and I'm wondering if it's going to be durable enough for MTB race use? Truvativ says it's for mountain or road use... any opinions?
I'm not a very big rider at 135lbs

Actually it looks like on Truvativ's tech docs it only approves it for road use. It's on BikeSomeWhere's website that recommends it for mountain or road.

then its a judgment call. i will be conservative and so no- dont use it. stems are cheap if you dont buy something too fancy.

if it really is only going to be used for xc (no jumps or drops worth mentioning), and you weigh less than 150- it will be fine.
