haha, Ti frames look great whatever way you finish them )
I'd go for no finish these days. Colorful welds, raw looking tubes. Orange bling headset and BB cups.

There was too much negative discussion of raw finish so we cancelled it. Also, we use different welding technique now so welds are straw and silver. With a bit of blue outside the weld. No more bad blue in the weld.

    New welder.
    New shop.
New shielding tools made from scratch.
    New argon gas supplier.
More cleaning of the weld area before welding.
Extra attention towards welds from me after many questions asked on forums.

    Quick mobile post.

As I had mentioned before, a good friend of mine purchased a CNC machine.
The assembly was finished yesterday night. CNC made in Moscow, Russia.

6 people needed to put in and out of my landy to friend's apartment. Philip will take a few weeks of training before we move the CNC to Triton premises.

I can't wait to start making our own disc brake mounts, dropouts and things like integrated seat post collars

    Packing

    Loaded into the Triton car

Tiny but powerful. Ready for testing.
Will be placed on a table behind it first

    Happy New Year!

    Dmitry

    Hello!

Yup, the first working day here will be January 9th.
It has nothing to do with us though

Had no time to post the last photos of December during New Year's eve rush.
    So here we go!

    29er frame wheel check

    Welding in progress

    Lady 29er frame brushed

    Yummy

Our guys made a Dremel setup using some old dentist lamp

Bullet connected with chainstay and Paragon Rocker adjustable dropout

Bought over 2kg of bronze to make heatsink for welding 100mm BSA bottom bracket.
This is for our current fatbike project.

    Fatty

    Reaming and facing

    Mmm

    29er frame

After working hours my dad plays with Dremel and titanium
Made this ring for his woman

    More to come!
