I want one of these bad.

Race 29er with an emphasis on stiffness over weight. Raw discolored welds and unfinished tubes. Based around my vassagos geo, but with a 1cm taller seat tube, 1cm more ETT, 1 1/5 head tube, paragon sliders, and 2.4 clearance. Ohhhhh Yeaaaaaaahhhhh...

    Hi everybody!

Here is the new batch of photos that I took during construction.

We have had a set of precise seat tube reamers custom made for us at a tooling shop in Ukraine.

    Triton Valit 29er
It got its customer within a couple days since I said it was for sale. The customer asked us to add fender and rack mounts. We did so.
Reaming with the new tools in action

Triton Valit 29er for our customer Dmitry is ready for shipment to Saint Petersburg.

The customer also requested us to make a suiting seat post. We shall design our own saddle clamp mechanism.
Meanwhile we are using traditional mechanism

    31.6mm x 400mm

Heavy duty 29er frame for s customer from Czech Republic

    Almost finished by now

You remember that large bender we were making?
Here are more photos of the process

Designed for 32mm tubes and has a tiny bit of extra space

    Almost done!

    Good news!
My dad finally left his previous job and joined Triton!
WOOOHOOO! I am so happy :)
It took us a bit of a time to train him.
He is now into mitering tubes on a mill, hand brushing, packing and shipping.
So Sasha has more time to weld. Which means we are getting faster!

A bit of candid camera :)

    Reaming

    29er frame checked and aligned

Seat tube inserts machined for 31.6 and 27.2mm posts.

    Smooth

    Made a bike hanger

    Out of the plotter

    We love it here

    More to follow!

    Thanks,

    Dmitry

    Nice with family business...
... snow just dumped here, can't wait to get that 29x3.0 "snowbike" in production! So far the good old 2.4 works fine but then I happened to try a Moonlander on this ride, that was fun:

Light on the handlebar, for tuesday evening late rides:

Somebody should do something about that chain tension!

    Great, looking forward to that.

I'm curious as to what saddle clamp mechanism you come up with on your seat posts.

Oh, by the way, that Ford's got nuttin on my German sled. ;-)

The final version will most likely be a two piece aluminum clamp into a titanium tube.
I already let the engineer know the weight of the tester :) (you)

    Beautiful!
I like both the bike and scenery

I want to ride bike BAD.
But it's 10 degrees below zero here and it's not really rideable.
Still our lathe operator Nikolay commuted yesterday on a bike 20km one way to Triton.

PS: Dear readers, I have a lot of media ready and will publish it soon.

    Tis a great looking bike.

-10C is standard winter weather here. Not nice for commuting. But if you can find roads that are not salted, so they have a nice hardpack covering. Riding with decent studded tyres is an amazing feeling.

You should have started a second fatbike, one for yourself. ;)

You make awesome things, Дмитрий! You said that you have a CNC machine - would you be able to make a titanium stem?

    The media!

Bought a fat walled tube that will be used for machining BB shells and 1 1/8" headtubes. This is enough for about 15 frames.

BB shells and headtubes for the next couple of frames

Tubing waiting for turning into Triton frames

Machining heatsink out of gold....erm bronze

    Large 29er

    Tube bending underways

Triton 16" XC frame (26" wheels). Light

29er frame for the wife of our customer from Czech Republic

Stainless steel 2mm thread TORX screws arrived! Will be used for mounting headbadges

    Zip-tie mount being made

    Jingle bells!

    Paragon dropouts depository

One of our engineers Andrey Shmoilov designed bullets that connect flat dropout to a round stay.
We just machined them and will be using on the upcoming fatbike frame

29er mitered and loaded on a jig

    Dad installing a headbadge

XL frame for our Polish customer is finished and ready to ship.
It's partially brushed and the front half is bead blasted.
    Flames in between

    PostMount

    142x12 DT Swiss

    29er lady frame almost finished

This frame is only 1484 grams

    Lower standover for easier mounting

    Paragon's 142x12 Shimano dropouts

    Paragon sliders for Rohloff

Safety and fun by dad :)

    More to follow!

    Thanks,
