    Which of these two bikes?

About to buy a bike for my wife, it will mostly be used for rough off road. Suspension (i.e ride comfort) is most important!

I have narrowed it down to these two:

    Marin Coast Trail
    Giant Revel 1 W

Both I can get for the same price-380
Which one spec wise do you think is best, or would you recommend an alternative - budget 400.

    Thanks in advance!

Aside from the advantage of disc brakes they are a wash.
    I don't rattle.

    Hey there badogblue,

I agree with Mike! Due to the disc brakes, you just gotta go with Giant. Otherwise, there would be a stalemate...

    PS.

However, that said, I'd prefer to deal with Marin, if there were a problem, and most certainly not Giant with regards to customer service.
