I just bought a new Stumpy HT Comp today and feel super about my decision. Jamis make some tight bikes too but my heart says Stumpy.

Honestly I just looked at both those bikes and they are almost identical. So similar in fact that if you can't split them after a decent test ride you might just want to buy the one that comes from the better bike store or which has the better paint job.

You'll be happy with either of them (or put it another way if you make the wrong choice and hate the one you buy you would have hated the one you didn't buy equally).
Not that all teenagers are evil mind, just most of them.
