Santa Cruz Chameleon or something else?

Hey guys, I’m looking for a good and light 26 AM/hardtail for trail and little jumps riding. I’m thinking about Santa Cruz Chameleon but wonder if there any good alternatives. My criteria are:
1)light alloy frame
2)replaceable dropouts
3)possibly cheaper than of that Chameleon’s USD750

I’m thinking about Voodoo Bokor but there are 2 obstacles:
1)I don’t know where to buy it online
2)I don’t know where to buy those replaceable dropouts in case I break one

There is one bad obstacle as well– I’m from Ukraine (that one with revolution nowadays)).
Things are pretty dull with bike frames here and my only option is to buy online abroad and ship to my country.

Any recommendations?
