Rocky Mtn Metro 5 vs Gareau Urbania SC3 vs Kona Dew

Hi, I'm looking for advice on which of these 3 bikes would be best for my commute to work and the occasional trail ride ( hard packed dirt )

    $499 The Rocky Mountain Metro 5 2010 model :

    Or the
    $489 Urbania SC3: http://mobile.shopatron.com/products....8622.0?pp=20&

    Or the
    $449 Kona Dew: http://www.konaworld.com/bike.cfm?content=dew

What are your opinions on these 3 bikes?

I like the Dew. I'm not a fan of adjustable stems and suspension seatposts.

They are heavy, less rigid, and once I find where I want my handlebars, I keep them threre. And on a bike like the Metro with fairly comfortable geometry, I don't want more than a 10-15 degree rise anyway.
