Removing powder coat from brake posts, etc.
I just got a steel frame powder coated. Everything looks pretty good... except the guy failed to mask a few areas: the crown race area on the fork, the brake posts, and he got a little on the inside of the seat tube. Any suggestions on how to remove coat from these areas?

A wheel cylinder home would probably work well for the tube areas. They aren't very abrasive and work at evenly sanding the tube. Just make sure you use lube when using it.

Thanks I will look into that. I assume you meant 'hone' instead of 'home'... pesky auto-correction
