Opinions on this Craigslist find please

I'm looking to make a project out of this bike, possibly a 1x9 do everything bike, but I want to keep it fairly inexpensive. What would you offer for this bike? (I find it kind of strange that the bike is pictured with BB5's but came with Juicy 3's and nothing is mentioned in the post).

*edit* (I also find it strange that on bikepedia the msrp is $900..)

I have a lightly used 09 Cannondale F4 XL in matte brown factory finish. It has been used for light trail riding and also pavement riding and has not seen any abuse.
It retailed for about $1200 new and is one of the models that they were still hand making in the US at that time. The bike is mostly stock aside from the seat post and tires.
Some of the specs are listed below. I tried to add a link for Cannondales site but i can no longer find the page. Seat storage bag not included. Email me with any questions you may have.
More pictures available if you need to see any.

    Chain: SRAM 9-speed
    Bottom Bracket: Shimano BB-UN26

price is a bit high but it's a solid bike and can be build under 25lbs without trying hard. Personally I like the headshox light and stiff. Take sometime to get it setup right you are good to go.
