Need help with an older Stumpjumper

My wife owns what appears to be a '99 Spec. Stumpjumper FSR XC that I bought new for her. It has been unused for several years.

I would like to make sure what year it is and to locate a service manual/owner's manual so I can service the fork and shock and other items on the bike. I need to know air, oil, etc., specs.

It is blue, with a red Manitou fork, the Fox Air Vanilla float shock, Avid brakes, etc. I have attached a photo.

Any ideas where I can find an owner's manual? Is it a '99 ? Thanks.

Just email Specialized. The owner's manual/info from Specy however is unlikely to tell you how to do the fork and shock. Try Fox for the shock service info and Manitou for the fork. Plenty of info on this site for both.
