Need help choosing between these two bikes. Fuel and Cannondale RZ 120

I am going to be buying a new bike in the next day or two. I have narrowed it down to these to used bikes.

2012 Cannondale RZ 120 2 $1800 (this bike is sweet looking)
upgrade to the matching lefty fork and wheelset, plus I put XT cranks on it and XT shifters (vs SLX stock). The lefty fork, new headset bearings and wheel upgrade cost me over $900 so all together I have well over $1200 in upgrades and that's on top of a stock bike that retailed for over $2300 this time last year.

    2011 Trek Fuel EX 9.7 $1900

Stock other than shifter upgraded to X9.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I'd go with the Trek. Cannondale is very nice as well especially with lefty fork, if you are considering it double check the fork travel make sure it's 120mm not 100mm or 110. If you don't want to get shorter travel in the front than the rear.

Trek comes with lots of proprietary tech like DRCV shock, tapered head tube, RC4 or DRCV fork, ABP(concentric drop out), etc.
