Motion contol same as pro pedal?

Is this true or at least similar on Fox and Rock shox rear shocks? Im comparing a Pearl 3.1 or 3.3 to a Fox RP23.

    Im torn between the two.

I hear Cane Creeks Cloud 9 is a pretty good option too, any thoughts on that?

    Thanks.

They are similar in the sense that they are both platform damping systems. This does not mean however that they are both equally as good. I have never used either so I can't really comment on that.

The CC C9 has no platform, whatsoever. There is a control on it that instantly runs the compression to max, but that's about it.

Regardless of platform functionality, I have used both the Pearl 3.1 and the RP23; both are good, but the RP23 is definitely better. Smoother, more predictable and linear (large XV air can), and can be custom tuned to your requirements more easily. JM2CW Cheers, Steve
