MK III Expert vs Reign 2

These are the final two bikes I'm looking at from my LBS's. I'm just under 200, ride aggressive XC in SoCal (so the bike has to climb well) and I'd like to spend not much more tha 2K. I'm leaning strongly toward the MK III Expert, I can get a great deal on it where it's actually less than the Reign 2, but I'd love to hear other opinions from people that have ridden both. Thanks!

you need to ride both and see what fits you the best. just because you can get a better deal doesn't mean that it is a better ike for you.

Had a chance to ride both this weekend. I'm a bit in between sizes on the M and L Reign, but the 19" MK III felt just right. Really liked the feel of the Pike fork on the MK III. Can't wait to pick the bike up this weekend!
