Merida AM 800 vs. DEVINCI REMIX 1

I am considering replacing my bikes. The 2 final candidates are Merida AM 800 (http://www2.merida-bikes.com/en_INT/Bikes.Detail.83) and DEVINCI Remix 1 (http://www.devinci.com/11014_an.html)
The Merida is new bikes, and the DEVINCI are 2nd hand but almost new. The price is quite the same. My riding style is XC (without jumping), which may become a little more aggressive in the future.

    Get the merida...

Spec difference isnt worth enough to justify forsaking the warrenty.

And while the tora fork isnt the best, its plenty durable, and can be updgraded later if needed anyway.
Its got 10mm travel more, and is prefferable to the SRSuntour (branded marzocchi) fork on the devinci.

Sheesh, did a Marz, rep piss in your Cornflakes or something?I know you have an agenda against Cannondale and now it seems you have one against marzocchi also.

Don't not get the Devinci because it has Marz forks, get the Meridian because aside from pretty similar quality forks it has better components overall.
