Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! Kona Stuff Or Diamondback DJ?????

After days of searching...... I have 2 bikes down.
One is the Kona Stuff 2005:
My friend has one, he has almost never gotten a tune-up for it and it still runs great.
I like this forks (marzocchi drop-off)
    Amazing Brakes
    And i love the Konas

    Or The Diamondback DJ:
Not sure exactly what kind of bike it is but owner calls it "DB Dj /Fr Hardtail"
    Like the frame
    Cool Forks

Right now, i'm more towards the kona because i've rode the bike and liked it, plus it's a common bike and i can find alot of info for it. But the DB isn't bad looks like a good bike, but still not sure what kind or how good it is. So can somebody give me some some facts to make deciding easier?
Oh yea, i like to do dirt jumps the most. So which bike do you think would be better for jumps?

That DB is an 07 or older Response frame. Solid bike and a great frame for DJ's. I have a buddy who has one built up like that and it is freaking nice. It is a cutom build so you'll get some good stuff and will be just as good as the Kona, if not better. I would go for the custom DB, why have a bike everyone else has got!
