Jamis Cignal

I have the opportunity to buy a new ( 3 years old but never sold from the shop ) Cignal Quicksilver ( made by Jamis ) at a very good price but I have never heard of this bike and I don't know anything about them. Can anyone give me any info on them?

Couldnt find much on them, they seem to have some funky off brand components though. I would stick with something proven & easy to find info on. Check out Ibex if your looking for great price for value. They are a net company so the price is lower with higher end components than alot of there competition.
