Intense Uzzi VP down link bearings

Hello. I'm new and I apologize for my english.
The Google translator helps me a bit.
    I have a Uzzi vp 09 frame.
So far the bearings seem in good conditions.
When they will be replaced, what is the correct procedure?
I mean especially for those of the down link.
I must move the inner spacer tube and push the inner ring of the bearing?
No risk to divide the bearing into two parts and then fail to remove the outer ring?
Are there special extractors or can I build these?
If someone help me I thank him very much.

    good riding...

My local bike shop had to make a machine custom cup to press the bearing out into, nice that he has a machine shop too, made it as I waited and at no charge, also made some aluminum spacers for the pivot linkage, that were split.
