I want a new bike but I love my old Yeti

I have a 2005 yeti ASR that has top of the line (at the time) SRAM. I am being temped by the Juliana Furtado carbon premiero or SC Solo. My question is....
these bikes are heavier (I think my Yeti is 23 lbs?) and have lower end components. Will I really notice the weight if the bike is 'newer and better'.
I am 5'3 and 110 lbs. I am a strong avid rider, but I am not a racer. I've been riding for 25 years and used to be in the bike industry, but since having kids 13 years ago I feel out of it. I think I want a 27.5 but maybe I should stick with a lighter bike??

I had a 2005 Yeti 575 and went to a 2012 Pivot 5.7c. Granted, it's pretty high end, but at a pound heavier than my 575, I set a half dozen personal records on it the first summer I owned it. Try some 27.5's and 29ers and see if you like them better. If you do...get one.
