    Help needed

    I've been doing trails on my ridged for a few months now able looking to upgrade I've narrowed it down to 3 or 4.


    it's between the carrera banshee x which is 799 but can get 25% off . Halfords | Carrera Banshee X Full Suspension Mountain Bike 2011/2012 - Large 19"


    the dimondback sortie 1 2013 which is totally over 1200 but can get one for 565 in a sale. Diamondback - SORTIE

    also looked at the mongoose salvo comp at 550normally 1000 has anyone owned any of them or have any idea which is best thanx

    Not to parrot the opinion of many here, but consensus is that FS is not worth it at this price range. You're going to be paying a premium to get a substandard, flexy, bobby rear suspension at the expense of two finger tektro brakes, clunky steel spring forks, and heavier, spongy wheels. Check out hardtails in the same price range and i think you'll find better component packages which will ride better.
    What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Unless it does kill you, in which case, you wouldn't be here to dispute the point.
