    Good deal for $1500?

This bike is for sale locally for $1500. Do you guys think its a good deal? All of that doesn't really mean anything to me as I am new to the sport. It's got some serious looking forks on it. I'm not even sure what this thing weighs. Looking for something AM that I can use anywhere in Texas.

    Thanks!

i dont follow Giant nor am familiar on their pricing but the component list looks pretty good. A mix of high/mid end comps I would say.
I would consider it a good deal without even researching it.

I would say the same thing - looks like a good deal. the bike doesn't even look like it's been ridden. Any idea what year it is.

Looks like a decent deal to me You can always offer less and see where it goes from there.

Get it, components are good! Just check the frame for cracks...

    ...$800 is "not much more"?

This is cheaper, has better components, the only iffy thing on that would be the Specialized E150 fork, I've heard they aren't the most reliable, and if it needs serviceing you have to deal with a Specialized dealer.
