New question here. Frame patch or repair needed

I have an issue with my BMC Trailfox alum frame down tube. I have been running rough trails...Highlands and just jumping too much with a full water bottle. Finally the bottle cage rivets pulled out with some of the fame. I know this has weakened that area and am looking to patch or repair around the rivets. I can still put the rivets back in place and was thinking JB Weld might work to hold back in place. I do not plan on using the bottle cage again...switching back over to my Camelbak. Any other suggestions on repairing the damaged area with maybe a carbon patch or other?

how hold is your bike/frame? maybe BMC can suggest something that won't compremize any waranty or structural points.

how about finding a "bigger" insert that could be crimped in the hole; Never know when you'll want a thread to screw something ...

I would call BMC about it. They may even replace the frame.
