    Craigslist Frame Score!! Suggestions?

Picked up a1999 Yeti ARC today. Couldn't pass it up. It was one of the last few to come out of the Durango, CO shop. Back when they were made one at a time. I'm not sure what yo do with this bad boy!

    Build ideas/suggestions?

That thing is begging a 100mm fork, 2x10 or 1x10(11) drivetrain, a few carbon bits, and a nice light wheelset.

Then use it to smoke the guys at local races on their brand new $6k and $7k rigs.

It would appreciate a 63mm fork better or (gasp) you could push it with a long travel 80mm fork.

Turn it into a 700c, weight weenie commuter. My 19-pound, 2001 Cannondale Bad boy was found at a car boneyard, for $25, as shown below. I spent another $900 to build it up with a Velocity Blunt SL/ American Classic Race Disc Lite wheelset and leftover race parts from my old FS 26er. I LOVE the beautiful seat and chainstay bridges on those vintage Yetis:

    Finished my build!!

Finished it last week, but a couple things have changed since these pictures. Better seatpost and saddle were added and different pedals.
