29 inch wheels and mountain tires can only be put on a frame designed for 29 inch wheels.

    hi,
i found a solution. Upgrade to 29er is not possible but upgrade to 650b (27,5) is possible.

This italian video demonstrate how the guy upgrade your cannondale flash from 26 to 27.5. - La mia Cannondale Flash da 26" a 27.5" - YouTube

Well, I suppose the next question is "why?"

    why?

if exclude all advantage of big wheels (stability on the downhill, etc.)

because the new cannondale 29er (carbon frame) cost approx 3000 (net of discounts) upgrade for my cannondale is from 300 until 500.

I would argue that any "benefit" from changing wheel size is negated by the fact the frame geometry is not built around that wheel and becomes a rolling compromise machine. Personally, I'd keep saving if you're set on bigger wheels.

    ^^^This.
The BB height would change the handling quite a bit. You'd raise the the BB almost 1" depending on the tires. Raising the BB that much would reduce "corner like it's on rail" Flash's attribute. That said if you are doing more trail riding may be it's OK. If you know what you are doing why not if not get yourself a proper 29er.

Changing to 650b will affect your bike's handling. You may or may not like what happens. It is a bit of a gamble.
