New question here. BMX handle bars on mountain bike frame??????????///

I want to put BMX bars on mountain bike frame. I cant find very many handlebar stems to do this, I need the diameter for the handlebar clamp to be 22.2mm and the diameter that fits over steering tube to be 1 1/8. Where can i find a stem that will do this? the cheapest i have found is 60 something dollars and i cannot justify paying that much for a stem. Thanks

Many stems? Many bars? Many Bikes?

I threw one together out of junk parts I had laying around and sold it locally to some yahoo. Other than that, I don't see the point.
