    Bike Sizing Help

I am 5'11" 175lbs and currently have a Trek Fuel EX 9.8 that is 19.5". I have a friend selling a 18.5" Slash that is fully loaded for I price I can't pass up on. Anyone think the sizing will work? It's got a dropper post and a larger stem.

I'm 6"1 and 185lbs and ride a 19" but the ideal size for me would be a 19.5". Unless you have super long limbs, then I think an 18.5 may fit you better. Many of these new frames take the stand over height out of the equation when trying to find the right size, so you really have to look at the top tube length and how the reach is for you. If it feels small, you can always goto a longer stem. As long as you don't feel cramped.

That's what I was thinking. It's got a 50mm length 35mm on there right now.
