Best way to protect frame from cable scratches?

My cables are scratching my frame. What is the best way to prevent this? Anyone have any good ideas?

Frameskin, Helicopter tape, 3m clear film,
All pretty much the same thing. I get mine as scraps from a
local auto "clear bra" installation place.

I just use insulation tape in a colour that kind of matches my frame. You need to change it every six months or so, but it works and is cheap.

I just use the heavier type clear packing tape and double-layer it. I only put it in the high-wear areas but it does the job. It is clear so you really can't see it. Or, spend more money and get one of the above items.

For Wires/Cables: Use same color duct tape and apply it to the areas of cable rub. Just simply wrap one small layer.

For Frame/Parts: Use clear tape/color duct tape. Apply it the frame with 1-2 layers. Grip tape also works good. Just to avoid any tacky looks, match colors. Clear Tape is often the best.
    Easy Does It.
