    Best bang for my buck

So I have been riding now for about a year and my current bike just isn't cutting it anymore. Right now I am riding a Trek Marlin and the only thing I have really upgraded is the fork and it was great for me but it just seems now that I am going further and faster im having to fix something about once a month. I am looking at full suspension bikes in the price range of about 2000-2500 and want some input on what bikes are worth looking at(I would prefer a 29er or 650B), I went to my LBS yesterday and the guy there was telling me he really liked the Giant Anthen 650B. It looked like a good bike but they mainly sell Giant. Any input would be appreciate. Thanks

Giant is easily considered a good value and bang-for-your-dollar brand. That's been my driving factor to have two consecutive Reigns.

Look at the Trance or Anthem, depending on where you are / what type of riding you do. The rougher, more technical, would lead me toward a Trance. Smooth, fast & buff, Anthem.

I like my Anthem in rock gardens and the quicker steering.
    I don't rattle.
