all can climb, but which can actually descend?

ok all are efficient climbers(i can argue my feet do most of the job actually), but which is the best going down, staying on the ground?

1)Yeti Asr alloy with 120mm fork
2)Marin Quad xc with 120mm fork
    3)Cannondale Rush with 120mm fork

Look at the geometry if you cannot ride them all. For example, the ASR has a pretty slack headangle (69) for a XC Racer so it is less nervous on rocky DHs than almost every short-travel bike in its class.

Look at the wheelbase- a longer one will usually descend better in the rough and at speed.

Look at the chainstay- a longer one will usually descend better in the rough and at speed.

Then you can also look at suspension designs and frame stiffness. In the XC Racer category, the ASR is one the the best descenders.
