Adapting straight fork to tapered frame

I purchased a Rockshox Reba fork with a straight 1 1/8" steerer tube to replace my Rockshox XC30 fork with a tapered tube on my Diamondback overdrive comp.

I also purchased a FSA 1.5" Reducer Crown Race to adapt the straight fork to the tapered frame, but it looks like my old fork used retainer bearings that won't be compatible with the reducer race.

My guess is that I need some ZS type bearings to fit the lower race adapter. How can I figure out which bearings I need to get to make this work, or do I need to buy a whole new headset to make the fork compatible?
