Should there be a Rigid forum?

So we already have this site divided up into a bunch of subforums of mountain biking and enough posts are already in the wrong forum.

Why not have a 'Rigid' forum where we can all talk about how suspension makes us weaker. It would get a lot of cross traffic from the VRC, Singlespeed, and 29er crowds.

29er is just XC but with a different wheel size - has its own forum
SS is just XC but without all the gears - has its own forum
VRC is just old XC bikes - has its own forum
Cyclocross is just road bikes with knobbies - has its own forum

I'd frequent a rigid forum. It would be great to discuss available rigid forks and what chains, cranks, pedals, saddles, and tires work best on rigid bikes. Maybe even what trails work best without suspension?

It's defnitely as much of a niche as anything else in this community.

Too many niches already, if you ask me.

... and my main trail bike is a tough rigid 26" singlespeed.

"it IS possible that you are faster or slower than anybody else who is having at least as much if not more or less fun"
