Hey guys,

I'm new to mountain biking but not new to biking in general. I want to get an entry level mountain bike and want some advice before I decide on one. I've been shopping around and have kinda narrowed it down to two. The Cannondale F7 and a Specialized Hardrock 29er. Its between these two mainly because of price. You know how it is when your in college. I'm a big guy (6'2" 240lb) so I need a bike that will hold up to the abuse that I will put it through. Also because of my size I was thinking a 29er might be better for me, but I don't want to sacrifice quality in frame and components just to get a 29er. Can anyone give me some solid advice?
