    Need A Little Help

i'm looking for a XC bike for my girlfriend to begin. i wanted to know if Rocky Mountain Flow F3.0 can be used also for XC or thet its just a Freeride-Dirtjumping Bike. or should i go for the Specialized Hardrock thets is well known as a good XC beginners bike.
does anyone have experience with that Rocky Mountain thet can help me on this one?

    Thanks!

    Maybe this link will help?

I think that both bikes can be used for xc, but the specialized hardrock looks just al little bit more xc due to its shorter fork travelling, and that will makes climbing easier.

Can your girlfriend try both bikes for a testdrive in a store for best fit/handeling? What geometry does she prefer?

A lady specific saddle is a good tip if you want your girlfriend to go on from begin... I bought a Selle Italia Lady Sport Gel Flow for my girlfriend and she is very happy with it!
