    Going through Withdrawls!!!

So, I live in Oklahoma, and it's been raining/storming for at least the past week here. On top of that, the days that have been nice, I've had to work. So, as a result, I haven't been able to get out and ride for almost 2 weeks now. I'm trying to train for a duathlon in mid-July, and this is driving me crazy! What do you all do to train when you can't get out and ride?
I like long rides. Especially when they're taken by people who annoy me...

Suck it up and ride in the rain, or get a trainer, spinning bike, or exercise bike.

I hate to say it almost as much as others hate hearing it, but, spin trainers work very well in this situation.

Get a good light & go before or after work. Bonus is there's usually nobody else on the trails.
Where in OK? I got to ride some trails down there when I was down for work a couple years ago..

I've been not riding for nearly a month....broke myself...that sucks alot worse than rain I'll tell you that.

OKC area. The duathlon is out at Lake Draper though.
