crap! lost this piece I don't know what its called, replaceable?

So I've been going through replacing some rusty fasteners and I got to the one at the top of the fork, which looks to hold down some vanity piece. The piece is this one, top right

I'm gonna keep my eyes open for him but if I can't find him, am I left to my own devices to find a cheap solution? I could probably get something machined out of plastic at work for some stupid-to-mention weight savings, but I really liked my Kona one

They are readily available all over the place. If you have a bike shop you visit a lot, they might even give you one for free. This one has got to be one of the coolest available aftermarket in my opinion. FOX STORE: BICYCLE PARTS: KASHIMA STEM CAP KIT

It's kind of pricey but awesome nonetheless.
