^nice! I love the "lock" they put on those.. I almost bought the huge 12-12-12 the other day but bought a couple regular sizes instead, like a wuss.

Ommegang Abbey Ale, went really well with the full trimmings Christmas dinner.

Cooled outside for a little while prior to drinking.

I was given one of those for Christmas a few days ago. Haven’t tried it yet, but I’ve read good things about it.

    meanwhile…

Enjoying a 750ml bottle of Allagash Curieux, ale aged in oak bourbon barrels. Delicious, with an unexpected dry yet sweet-ish finish.

Started off with a Rogue Double Chocolate Stout and now a Southern Tier Old Man. Old Man is pretty solid, the Rogue was just OK.

I tend to take pictures of beers that I like, so the next day I can remember what to keep buying... I picked up a "Create Your Own 6-pack" at a convenience store on X-Mas Eve, and these two really stood out.

I maaaay actually like the Lagunitus Maximus better than my favorite beer, the 60 Minute IPA from Dogfish Head. We'll see how this plays out.

Cheap beer and hundred and one proof Bourbon along with the only Ti frame I own: a Paragon Machine Works opener and 15mm wrench I picked up at the NAHBS when it was in Indy a few years ago.

    1. Kwak from Belgium, rich taste, caramel, beautiful color, very tasty.

    2. Blanche de Chambly by Quebec brewer Unibroue. For Americans in Trader Joe's country, curious about Unibroue's special edition holiday TJ brew, only $4.99
