Went to the Three-Penny Taproom in Montpelier today (just down the road from me) and had the following (shared with my wife):

    Lawson's Kiwi (IPA)
    Hill Farmstead Abner (double IPA)
Hill Farmstead Double Galaxy (double IPA)
Ballast Point Piper Down (bourbon barrel aged Scotch ale)

    ... and a delicious burger.

Then came home and had a Heady-Topper with dinner.

2 buds and I had a large can of Sapporo lager after our ride yesterday. We all ended up with very bad headaches! Other then that I had an awesome Aussie brew lately - Little Creatures IPA. Epic Hop Zombie would be the best brew I have had in the last few years. I like my hoppy beers!

A Black IPA I made a couple months ago. Pretty spot on with Stone's Sublimely Self Righteous.

@ Gigantic, Ithaca's Flower Power is a damn good IPA. Had it when I went home to NY to visit the family.

Lagunitas limited released Cappuccino Stout. Pretty damn good, medium/heavy coffee taste, with perfect carbonations. Sheeitt tastes pretty damn good and 9.2%.

Enjoy By 04.01.13. Not that it should last that long. It's my least fave of all the releases. Nose and first taste is close, but it's not as complete or complex as the previous iterations (for me).

Unfortunately, my power drinking days are all but over. But of course, I will still enjoy the occasional brew-ha-ha.

Since I work night shift @ a hospital, morning is the perfect time for a locally brewed Terrapin Hopsecutioner. It goes great with bacon. Goodnight!
