Started with Terminal Gravity's breakfast porter. One of the weirdest beers I've ever had. Not sure what to make of it. Not exactly a porter, as I've known them. Moved on to Lips of Faith Imperial chocolate coffee stout.

D’oh! I just realised I’m not drinking anything at the moment! I guess I need to run quickly down to my garage beer fridge and grab one of the Lagunitas Cappuccino Stouts ASAP!!!

Schmaltz Brewing’s Jewbelation 16 (16 hops, 16 malts, and a nice healthy 16% ABV). Good stuff!

Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout. Seems light and airy like a pilsner after having preceded it with a Jewbelation 16 (16% ABV).

Vino. Last time I had a bit of wine, I bought a fork. I had better be good tonight.

Had a bottle of last year's SN Bigfoot last night (yum!), and I've got a 2009 Goose Island Bourbon County stout waiting in the fridge for me...

    Lagunitas Fillmore Fusion

Just got home from Lagunitas Brewing...Fillmore Fusion was my favorite. It was a blend of IPA and something malty. It was still hoppy but, the skunkyness from a wet hopped ale was gone. Quite tasty.

Holy Crap, it is good! It just goes down so easily - you have make a conscious effort not to just quaff the whole bottle/pint down at one time. It just makes you want more. Never had a beer like this.

LOL - my wife went to see some quack Naturopath and is on a bit of a 'detox' post Xmas. She came back telling me of all the ills of beer and wine so I thought I should try and cut down my drinking during the week. It's Thursday night in NZ and I haven't touched a drop since Saturday (that's some sort of record for me) but reading this thread is killing me!

Yep, it's Bigfoot season. My liver is pretty glad they switched to four-packs. Have you tried the Lagunitas Sucks? A one-off from last year that must have been noticed, they brought it back this year. It's my new favorite, they better brew it again next year.

Winter is IPA time in Texas, and the two I keep going back to are Ska's Modus Hopperandi and Santa Fe's Happy Camper. Moved from Chicago a couple years ago, wish I could get some of those great beers from the region down here.

    Double Mountain, Hood River, OR

LOVING Double Mountain's Vaporizer dry-hopped pale and Kolsch. The best post ride beers.

Bonus: they're now available in Portland area supermarkets, and the bottles are REUSABLE. That's right, bring back the bottles to an authorized retailer, and they will clean and reuse it. Finally we are adopting Euro-style low energy glass recycling.

Fantastic stout! I've got another bottle aging. This one is going to be even better next winter.
