In search of The Brewing Lair.

Near Graegle Ca. Not easy to find but worth the effort.

We were invited in along with the dog for some tasty samples and some home made mustard samples.

A definite return visit this summer with good beers, a frisbee golf course, world class fly fishing and great outdoor seating. My kind of brewery.

Wow, that looks awesome - I've never even heard of that place. Found their site for those interested:

It's actually not far from the Downieville downhill and Graeagle has lots of epic riding.

I remember following along with their build-out, pretty impressive place.

Wasn't there another little start up brewery in that neck of the woods or did they change their name?

    Cool looking place!

I am supposed to be going up to Chico this year for a business trip, but I am not sure I can find a way to drive 110 miles one way to visit the place....
telling me to stay out of a former bombing range next to a dump while you build huge houses next to it? Screw you.-sandmangts

It's a good detour if you're in the area for riding Downieville

And, it's only an hour from Fifty Fifty in Truckee!

This is the same place. Originally they were Undercover Brewing but had to change for some reason.
