    I have seen the light...

3 day old Pliny, the freshest I have ever had. Absolutly incredible! Talk about smooth. Completly differnt beer when fresh, discuss...

It's the benchmark for a reason!

It'll start to fade after even just a week. Three weeks and it's no longer special. The best part about Pliny is the seamless execution - really, really smooth with a great balance.

I just wish it had more of a fruity profile - something I can find in other beers.

I completly agree, I wish it had more fruit or citrus notes. When it's really fresh it passes the tongue and goes right down your throat, almost has a creamy character to it. Even my wife who isn't into bitter hoppy beer loves it, but only super fresh. I wish I had a steady supply...

    Fixed that for you.
There is a new benchmark that Pliny needs to strive for.

Its all Shits and Giggles until somebody Giggles and Shits
