Mine is in the secondary, should bottle it any day now.
Too be honest- I was too lazy to dry and vacuum seal 3 pounds of hops. So straight from the bine into the wort they went.

Everybodys Brewing down in White Salmon should have one brewing soon also, they stopped by a few weeks ago and picked up a 100 lbs of freshies. It's always fun to get brewers around giant piles of fresh hops.

If you can get this years Surly Wet while it's available, do it. Totally worth it. I may see if I can scape enough money to get another 4 pack this weekend. (if the shop still has some)

Sierra Nevada Celebration is pretty good stuff for a widely available fresh hop. Comes out in another couple months I think.

Is there a rule of thumb when substituting fresh hops? Like x oz of fresh = y oz of dried?

It's safe to usually figure 5-6 times the amount of fresh.

Drinking a bottle as I type. Initial impressions: eh. It's ok. Nothing to write the internets about. But, hey, I still have another half of the bottle to drink, so things are looking up.
